Kings of War Event: NOVA Open

Description

The tournament will consist of 3 rounds, with 130 minutes allotted for each round (each player receiving 65 minutes of time per round). Each round will be 6 turns, and players will roll as normal for a 7th turn. Chess clocks (or appropriate chess clock phone app) are required. If a player runs out of time, they do not automatically lose and can finish the current phase of their turn. Lists can be a maximum of 2,300 Points. We will be using the new Big Red Rulebook. No allies will be allowed. We WILL be using the new Withdraw rules. Please bring 3 copies of your list. Scenarios and their accompanying maps will be distributed prior to each round.
